PALLADIUM PLATED FIZZ BALL MOUNT, OVAL SHAPE WITH SPIRAL GROOVES CRYSTAL GLASS

Palladium plated Fizz ball mount.

The oval perfume bottle is made of crystal glass . The spiral grooves pattern is hand engraved.

Producing such bottles is a two steps process.

First the glass master pick up in the oven the necessary quantity of crystal glass with a blowpipe. He then mouth blows the liquid glass into a mould.

Once the gross shape is cooled manual grinding and engraving takes place using rotating mechanical tools. The crystal brillance is then restored through acid baths.
